Keeping safety, a priority, we are offering several purchasing plans to fit your centers unique needs.

Pre-Print

We will schedule times & date(s) that align with your parent’s pickup and/or drop off times for our sales team to return. Our sales team will set up tables to follow social distancing while providing personal one on one customer service to your parents. We will pre-print photo packages based on current demands and bring them to your center. Parents will be able to view and take home their portraits that day. They will have the option to order additional prints, downloads and many gift items as well.
**The sales team can setup outdoors for ensured safety.

Photo Day

We have introduced a modern-day solution for today’s parents! This unique software eliminates stacks of paperwork, long lines and selling photos after our sales team has left.

Individual galleries are available for your children’s & parents’ privacy. Your parents can easily view their child’s photos via a web browser or download the free app. With the free app you can simply snap a photo pf your child and the power of facial recognition is at their fingertips. Their child’s photos will be available in minutes. Your parents have access to the same beautiful portraits and gifts items, they can order exactly what they want and have it delivered directly to their home.

Personal Texting Program

This program is perfect for those busy parents who want to maintain social distancing but still love one on one customer service. We will text a proof of the child’s portraits directly to their cell phone. Parents will again have the option of ordering exactly what size and poses they love and additional gift items or digital downloads. Parents will be able to pay via credit card or PayPal. Orders will be delivered to your center.

Online Proof Programs

All photos are accessed by a single password for your center. Parent swill be able to view and customize their print orders. Parents can choose free delivery to your center or direct home delivery for calculated shipping fees.

Backgrounds

We have multiple backgrounds available to fit your style and taste. We have traditional, fun and seasonal specific choices. Our centers and parents love the variety and have fun choosing a “new” look each year. Each photographer has props and can achieve many different styles and looks on all our backgrounds. Parents are welcome to send in a favorite toy, blanket or other personal item to add to their portraits for a unique and personal portrait to cherish for years to come.

**Due to the popularity, demand and limited availability of some of our backgrounds we recommend that you choose (3) three, 1^st choice, 2^nd choice and so on. If your center will require (2) two or more photographers, please inquire about the availability of background choice(s).
